Requirements for All Applicants
Must have a clean driver’s record and reliable transportation
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must provide at least three valid references
Legal to work in the U.S.
Clean criminal record
Non-smoker
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Babysitter & Nanny
Applicant Requirements
- Must be CPR and First Aid Certified (or willing to become certified within 3 months of hire date)
- High School Graduate (College Preferred)
- Employment History Verification (For all positions listed on resume)
- 4+ years’ childcare experience (Nanny position)
- Professional Childcare Letters of Recommendation – Minimum of 3 (Nanny position)
- Must be willing to make a minimum of a 1 year commitment to a family (Nanny position)
- Stellar Childcare References – Minimum of 3 (Nanny position)
Pet Sitter & House Sitter
Applicant Requirements
- Performing basic housecleaning duties
- Performing pool maintenance tasks
- Watering indoor and outdoor plants
- Washing and changing bedding at the end of each house sitting job
- Administering medication to pets according to the instructions provided by pet owners
- Cleaning out litter boxes, cages, and aquariums, as well as changing rodents’ beddings.
- The ability to care for different animals of various sizes and breeds.
