We pamper your pet like one of our own whether you are traveling on business, taking a vacation, working late in the office or recovering from an illness, Cohen Sitter Service is available to assist you with your pet sitting needs. We are dedicated and caring pet sitting professionals, who strive to give you peace of mind. All service is customized to fit the specific needs of you and your pets.
Are you going to be away for an extended period of time while you are traveling? Our employees take care of a wide variety of animals. The service includes:
- Pet Sitting for dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pig, ferrets, sheep, goats, horses, etc.
- Walking the dogs
- Feeding the animals
- Cleaning up any messes
- Administering medication (if needed)
- Scooping the litter box daily
- Drop by
- Regular visits
- Every other day visits

At this visit we review the information provided on your online profile. We will then fill out any additional necessary paperwork, answer questions, transfer keys/provide lockbox, and discuss detailed instructions on the care of your pet and home. It’s also a great time for your pet & the pet sitter to get acquainted with each other. This required meeting should be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service and is FREE of charge.

In case of an emergency, we will use your veterinarian and contact you immediately. If your preferred vet is not available, Dr. Allan Cohen, DVM, and his staff at the Cohen Veterinary Center are available for emergencies. New pet sitting clients will require an initial set up visit for our staff. We will meet the clients, become familiar with their pets and record any specific instructions. *This only includes felines and canines. Any exotic animals, we will need a preferred vet*

What to expect
Your personal pet sitter will come to your home, one, two or more times per day, depending on your pet’s needs. We take care of your pet(s) by taking your dog(s) for a walk, clean your cats litter box, change your pet’s habitat, (etc.). We take the time to get to know your pets and make them feel comfortable and at ease while you are away. Our goal is to make sure your pets don’t miss you much and rather looks forward to having us care for them.
We have put all our animal experience into Cohen Sitter Service so we can offer you the best care possible. We are comfortable administering medications whether in pill, liquid, or injectable.
Cohen Sitter Service is insured and bonded. So what does that cover?
If your pet gets sick under our care or breaks a leg from jumping off the couch wrong. We cover 100% of the vet bill and $0 expense out of your pocket.
When property is destroyed, insurance can alleviate the costly price of repairs.
Injury caused by your pet to another person is covered under our insurance.
If we lose the key, we cover the replacement of the locks or missing keys.
In case of an animal loss or destruction of animals under our care, custody, and control. We cover 100% of the vet bill and $0 expense out of your pocket.
