Scheduling

We do our best to accommodate same day bookings, but due to the increase in last minute booking and cancellation, there will be additional $25 charge for bookings made/cancelled with less than 24 hours of notice.

Inclement Weather Conditions

Inclement weather conditions include, but are not limited to, thunderstorms and lightning causing flooding or power outages lasting longer than 3 hours, tornadoes, hail 1 inch or larger in diameter, strong wind in excess of 50 miles per hour, or hurricanes.

House Sitting – $30.00 per day
Pet Sitting – $15.00 per day
Nannying – $6.00 per hour
Babysitting – $3.00 per hour

Key Exchange Fee

Charged if your sitter needs to make a separate trip to pick-up your key before pet sitting/house sitting begins or to drop-off your key after visits are completed.  $15-25 per exchange

We do allow storing the clients key at our property for no additional charge to avoid the key exchange fee.

Gratuities

Many families ask about gratuity. Gratuity is always left up to your discretion and is not mandatory, however, it is customary and very much appreciated by our sitters. Families tip sitters anywhere from $10-$150 depending on the length of time they are with the family and/or animals and how pleased the family is with the sitter.

Payment Methods

We currently accept cash, check, or Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. If necessary, we can provide a bill/invoice to let you know how much you owe and for what. You no longer have to scramble for cash or checks.
